Jenni Moseley

Founder / CEO / Trainer

Jenni Moseley has been in the dental field for nearly 20 years, since she was in her mid 20s. However her career first began in the financial world and then she used those skills to transition into the world of dental sales.

She has seen the business from many angles, because she started initially filing paperwork, and worked her way up to an assistant and finally a dental hygienist.

She was drawn to the ability of dentistry to change people’s lives and she loved to be part of that transformation. She was frustrated in traditional dental practices, which seemed to be missing this potential.

Dr. Ryan Reeves

Company Principal – Dentist

It’s important to know that our team is on the front lines, in practice, working the dentistry trade every day.

Where typical dentists treat the problems, Reeves’ process looks at long-term goals, underlying issues and whole health. The treatments are progressive, working patients toward their end goals, both aesthetic and physiological.

“If treatments need to be done to correct functional problems and the byproduct is a younger looking face, it’s a win-win.”

Kristin McCann

CFO / Trainer

In the dental field for 18 years, Kristin McCann has worn many hats from, front office coordinator and concierge, insurance specialist, dental assistant, to becoming the Director of Operations at Beyond Exceptional Dentistry in Savannah GA. Since 2009, she has worked along side of Brad Durham, DMD, LVIM and founder of Niche Practice Seminars.

Although she has a music teaching degree, she chooses to use her love for teaching and dentistry in helping other dental practices offer life changing dentistry. Focusing on the administrative side of the practice is her specialty. She has worked in Medicaid, pediatric, general and Niche practices, so she has a unique perspective on what it takes to make all different types of practices a success.

Bri Seidler

Executive Assistant to CEO / Trainer

Bri has been in the dental field for 16 years – from lead dental assistant to practice manager. Over the years, she has used her strengths to become the most versatile, and knowledgeable part of the “whole” practice.

She is excellent at organizing dental offices, operatories and labs, and is truly talented when it comes to running the back-of-the-house.

She has worked alongside Jenni since 2015 and will truly help a team complement high sales with efficient production.

Erika McCreadie

Co-Creator of Customized Hygiene Program / Hygiene Trainer

Erika was born and raised in Michigan where she attended the University of Detroit Mercy and earned her bachelors degree in biology and dental hygiene. She has been a dental hygienist for 10+ years and has worked alongside Jenni Moseley for a majority of those years.

Erika has won Best Hygienist in Savannah two years in a row.

Together with Jenni, she created a customized approach to dental hygiene that focuses on building trust with patients and helping them achieve the ultimate level of health.

In turn, this methodology has helped to build a “mini practice” inside the hygiene room – additional hygiene-related revenue production while seeing fewer patients.
